I would say to those who feel different, especially at the beginning of adulthood, not to settle for a job, a status, or a social role. Look for a vocation, an inner calling. Even if you don’t yet know what it is, set out in search of it.

If you follow your calling, fatigue will be easier to bear, disappointments will fuel you, and success will taste extraordinary.

I’d like to give a word of warning to the best among them—the innovators, the rebels, those whose minds don’t fit in boxes, the creatives, the outliers: you’ll always have a target on your back. The better you are, the bigger the target. It’s not fair, it’s not right, but that’s the way it is.

Cowards never tried, and the weak died along the way, and then there’s us, ladies and gentlemen… Us!

Who are we?

We are HPI, HPE, gifted, highly sensitive, profoundly intelligent, precocious, multipotential, unique thinkers…

But deep down, beyond the acronyms, we are above all what English speakers call Unique Thinkers: beings who think differently.

A Unique Thinker is someone who…

  • Approaches problems in radically unconventional ways,

  • Perceives connections invisible to others,

  • Challenges established norms with a disconcerting independence of mind,

  • Creates intuitively, without always being able to explain the "how."

Our thinking doesn't fit into boxes—nor does our intensity.

And it’s this singularity that we want to reclaim and transform into a force for the world.

A slightly crazy ambition

We carry this ambition—sometimes naïve, often clear-sighted, always burning: to be fully free. And to help change, step by step, the face of the world.

Not to impose a truth. But to open up paths. Alternative paths, more human, more conscious, more daring.

A movement without borders

We have no flag, no nation.

We are citizens of Earth, connected by the same sensitivity, the same clarity, the same inner urgency: the urge to act, to understand, to love differently.

Some of us have experienced failure, rejection, burnout, or the feeling of being an alien who landed on the wrong planet. Others have succeeded at everything—school, career, social image—yet still carry a sense of inner emptiness, a lack of meaning that quietly eats away.

And one day, we woke up.

With an irrepressible need to return to what really matters, to rediscover our true values, and to honor that life mission we had put on hold for far too long.

Why the University of High Potentials Exists

Because too many high-potential individuals miss out on themselves.

The University of High Potentials was born out of a visceral need:

to support those who feel “too much,” “different,” “out of sync” in reclaiming their power, their mission, and their rightful place.

By 2032, our goal is to help one million High Potentials and atypical individuals channel their intensity, creativity, and clarity to co-create a better world.

Our organization is a remote training center for adults

Accessible 24/7, worldwide, combining digital e-learning with human support from a team of coaches and expert educators.

We lead The High Potentials Movement, which has already supported over 6,500 students and 85,000 like-minded high-potential individuals across 37 countries.

A pedagogy designed for atypical minds

At the University of High Potentials, we don’t offer generic trainings rebranded as “HPI-friendly.”

We’ve developed a tailor-made educational approach, built from the real-life experiences of thousands of students and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by atypical profiles: mental overefficiency, hypersensitivity, sense of being out of sync, career or identity wandering, emotional overload…

Our exclusive HP360 Method guides each student through a structured path of growth, following the natural order of deep, stable inner transformation.

We support HPI and atypical individuals through three stages of development: past — present — future.

🔹 1. The Past: Healing invisible wounds and discomfort linked to their difference

This stage is about HEALING the psychological wounds of the past caused by being "different," in order to finally feel RELIEVED. We help students release emotional burdens related to their uniqueness, and to heal from school, family, or societal trauma. Goal: Free oneself from the weight of the past and start again with a clean slate.

🔹 2. The Present: Discovering who they really are

We help them calm their overactive minds, break free from their false self, soothe their nervous systems, rebuild their identity, and reclaim their place in society—without betraying themselves. Goal: Understand their inner wiring and reconnect with their life purpose.

We support them in bringing their mission to life: structuring professional projects, shifting careers, launching ventures, or creating a meaningful calling. Our Vision

We want to revolutionize the educational system — from school to university to professional training — to bring forth a new generation of atypical, creative, and conscious leaders capable of transforming the digital and human world that is emerging.

We are developing a global network of alternative universities, from early childhood to adulthood, where people learn to know themselves before they produce, where critical thinking, inner freedom, and the courage to be oneself are actively cultivated.

These schools will offer radically new educational strategies, aligned with:

  • the needs of atypical minds (HPI, highly sensitive, multipotential, etc.),

  • the challenges of the 21st century (AI, loss of reference points, transformation of work),

  • the demand for a world that craves meaning, beauty, and consciousness.

This is an ambitious educational vision: to build a new model for atypical minds.

Our belief is simple: The current educational system is obsolete.

Designed for a linear industrial society, it does not allow for the emergence of creative intelligence, the expression of deep sensitivities, or adaptation to the digital and unstable world we now live in.

We carry a bold and radical vision:

To create a global network of alternative universities where being comes before doing, where atypicality is seen as an asset, and where new generations are prepared to be sovereign, autonomous, and actively contributing in a changing world.

We are not training people to float in the clouds of disconnected New Age spirituality.

We are forming grounded, clear-minded, and aligned individuals—capable of listening to their intuition and taking meaningful action in the real world. Our approach blends inner depth with entrepreneurial pragmatism. Because awakening without embodiment is just another escape. And consciousness without action changes nothing.

These universities will have three pillars:

1. A living, neurodiversity-friendly pedagogy

  • Based on respect for internal rhythms (ultradian cycles, chronobiology, cognitive hyperstimulation).

  • Integrates multiple intelligences, active learning methods, somatic and emotional education.

  • Tailored for HPIs, highly sensitive individuals, ADHD profiles, multipotentialites, “zebras,” and creative minds.

2. A deep connection to 21st-century realities

  • Exposure to AI, digital tools, and new forms of work.

  • Development of human skills: resilience, collaboration, critical thinking, deep listening.

  • Learning to embrace slowness, discernment, and the ability to navigate an uncertain world.

3. A foundation of inner development

  • Meditation, introspection, self-awareness, secular spirituality.

  • Guidance from the earliest years to connect each child to their inner compass.

  • Goal: to raise adults who know who they are before asking what they should do.

This project is just beginning. We’re moving step by step, starting with:

  • Supporting HPI adults (coaches, therapists, educators) who will become the pillars of these future schools,

  • Experimenting with hybrid formats (in-person and online),

  • Developing a strong, replicable educational foundation.

Our long-term goal is clear:

That every atypical child has access to an educational environment where their difference becomes a strategic advantage for society.

Who is Siegfried Cey?

Siegfried Cey

Coach, Psychopractitioner, Founder of the University for Gifted


Siegfried founded the University of HP, where he shares his knowledge so that atypical individuals can finally find their true place in the world. He has guided over 6,000 students in 37 countries.

But his journey wasn’t always easy.

As a child, he was extremely shy and uncomfortable in his own skin.

He felt different, left out, even rejected by his peers due to his uniqueness.

Siegfried was a highly sensitive child who asked deep, existential questions from a very young age.

Luckily, years later, he found true alignment through an incredible life journey:

First lesson: through sports.

At 18, he became a high-level athlete with the French national rowing team, winning 10 medals nationally and internationally.

Second lesson: through entrepreneurship.

After dropping out before graduating high school, he started a training business at 24 and went on to coach over 1,800 entrepreneurs in 29 countries.

Third lesson: through family life.

After 21 years with his wife and two wonderful children, he became a fulfilled father.

Despite what he once saw as a “burden of hypersensitivity,” he now leads a happy, fulfilled life — after modeling and synthesizing the lessons he learned through his experiences.
